Is it Easier to Level UP after Big Bang or not?

Im hearing people saying all kinds of things. Can someone who is coherent explain to us if it's easier to level up or not? And how much more % do you get per hour.

Its going to be easier. Thats One of the biggest reasons for the patch. I can't saw how much more %. But heres some info. My DB is at 45% with 4.3m exp at level 103 Meaning to get to level 104 i need well over 8mil exp. The exp needed post BB for level 104, is around 3.5m. So its been halved. at least at my level.

Yes. Not only they halfed grinding, but quests gives more experience. Also, there will be more PQs, and a lot of other stuff. Basically, it's easier.
