What happens when you are selected for Tespia?

What happens when you are selected for Tespia? It is confusing me, because there is a link in the "Return of Tespia" notice that claims to lead to the Tespia website, but it brings you back to the maplestory website. Do they send an email? How are you notified?

maplestoryt.nexon.net brings me to the maplestory website... and it changes the web address to just maplestory.nexon.net

When you log on through the website, you should have gotten a little pop up thing that said that you were chosen. If you were taken back to the main website when you clicked on the link, you weren't chosen.
