EVeryone knows that a 3 lined is worth more than a 2 lined so if you hide the potential but you know its a 2lined would that count as scamming> *edit Title Count no could -_- sorry midnight here

I voted a basic no (why the HELL did you repeat it so much >.>) but if you claim you either don't know or that it is 3 lines, than obviously yes, it's a scam.

I suppose you can find out a 2 liner, cube it and leave it un magnified and sell it as a 3 liner. they won't know.

There's always those shops that sell hidden pot items, they never sell, so I'm guessing people already know :o

A good item with hidden potential will almost always be a 2 line cubed once. You can pretty much 100% guarantee it. I've seen people selling a 2 line item on forums, then cubing it so it's hidden, and then not answering my questions as to whether it's the same 2 line item they were selling last week. In fact actively dodging the question so they don't get caught out. The simple tip is don't buy items with hidden potential.

Lol well if its "hidden potential", even if it's two lined, it's at least a free cube I got these "hidden potential" rex earrings for pretty cheap, and it came out as Epic 9% DEX... lol.

I bought a blue valentine rose scrolled +20 attack, +8 str, +9dex, with 2 slots left (glowing gold) and a red hidden potential border around it I used a magnifying glass, and it turned out to be 3 lines...
