Can it be used to gift? Can i mts with it?

I don't think so, and no. Only NX cards and nx earned from the MTS can be used in the MTS.

so what we got from the rollback couldnt be used in mts?.. and will the rollback be again?..

ayshuns2 : the crushes.. is that the thing that I tried to go to the FM and couldnt?.. because I want more maplepoints lol..... this time I got 10k maplepoints.. and from 11 gacha tix got 8 equips lv 25-50 and clean slate 1% and earring def 30% (blew up my 1% int lv 20 earring lol).. such a fail gach run...

There's no reason there'd be a rollback from the map crashers. There's nothing being introduced into the economy that would ruin the game, it's just little cheater kids having a temper tantrum and kicking their feet on the floor because they're mad Nexon fixed their exploit and banned them so they're making it bad for everyone else in the process. There are also some restrictions on what you can buy in the Cash Shop using Maplepoints, pretty much the same as NX credit restrictions from what I remember.

People would make tons of mule and log them just to have free maple point anyway, tradable or not. They would just gach it or buy cube and xfer the items and make money out of it.

Guys I went into MTS and used 10k maple points to buy a 10att wg ! :P Hope it doesnt get patched.
