Question about duel blades

I made a duel blade today and it gave me the option of skipping to level 30 automatically, but I could only do it once. It gave me lvl 25 equips, 100 pots for hp/mp and 100k Has this happened to anyone else? This is the first time hearing about this "skip". My friend tried to make one and skip to level 30 but he didn't get the option. Any one know about the topic?

it happened to me too, i think it came with the dual balders so people would make them so they would buy nx quicker for the skills

if u have a char 70+ you get a choice to make a db starting at lvl 30 or 1
