After big bang is it about funding?

SO after big bang is it just about funding too see which warrior class is the best? or do we all know that dark knight is going to have the best dpm. or is this just behind funding? is funding always the best answer?

Way more based on funding then it is now, every class has strenghts and weaknesses, but funding is most important.

Funding is always the answer. Slowest DPM class has the possibility to out-damage the avg-funded/godly funded highest(Depending on funds)DPM class. Since funds are very hard to have it equally affect both characters equally due to supply of items/costs. However PDRate now screws everybody over without PDRate ignoring skills. This makes those classes without that skill hit a lot less then they will now at bosses(25-70% less dmg on these bosses)

X 3 > A hero hitting 199k X 2. Its not all based on funding but more, you're job then funding. After big bang then yes basically pure funding will out damage all tho.
