Best place to use REG face coupon?

I was wondering where the best place would be to use a regular face coupon. What I mean by that is which place has the most chance of getting a good face, if I was to use a regular coupon.

OMG I stuffed up spent 8k on face coupons 2 gave me ugliest faces ever in NLC 3rd one gave me default look =.= epic waste
