How does Mc Donald's food damage your health exactly? too fattening?

calories, sodium, fat, etc it's just not healthy food to be eating on a regular basis, especially if you aren't exercising every day like you should.

It's not, technically speaking, bad for you. Seeing as your body needs those calories, sodium, fats to function. It's really the amount you intake that matters. McDonalds every now and then is fine. But when people eat it everyday. that's a different story.

It's a bad thing, proves how much preseratives are in there. The burgers have a lot of preservatives as well, when you compare them to another burger, the mold slower.

Watch "Super Size Me". A guy goes on a 30 day diet of ONLY McDonalds. Pretty disgusting if you had to ask me. Soon after the release of "Super Size Me" mcdonalds took away the super size option... hmm i wonder why. LOL

You aren't making any progress health-wise when half of what you are eating is the stuff you want to lose... Protein is definitely a benefit, but there are far more efficient ways to get your protein. It also contains 51% of your recommended daily sodium intake. Yeah, hardly anyone puts such a staggering number to mind when they gobble down this brick of misery, but top on some good 'ol french fries and you are putting yourself at risk of having high blood pressure as well as kidney failure. According to this post , no burgers will rot under normal conditions (being placed in the air at room temp). "The burger doesn't rot because its small size and relatively large surface area help it to lose moisture very fast. Without moisture, there's no mold or bacterial growth. Of course, that the meat is pretty much sterile to begin with due to the high cooking temperature helps things along as well."
