Should I sell this now?

Hi, I recently scrolled an Elemental 1 Wand (fire, lvl. 70) and it didn't come out half bad. I was wondering if I should sell it now to buy my VIP Spear for my main, or wait until everyones trying to level their BlazeWizards to get their UAs. The stats are: 97 M.ATT +10 INT +2 LUK 0 Slots, U/H 2 Line Potential, Rare Item Enhanced 1 time. Also, if I chose to sell it now, what do you think I could get for it? Thanks!

no u can, look at delaran, he first used pot scroll on his polearm and got 2lines, after over 150 cubes its still 2lines, so shush ppl who says it can become 3lines if its 2lines in the beginning
