Maple crashes and says "Access denied"

| whenever i go on SmegaDB, i enter my pasword and username, start the game, and then choose bell. but after that, once i choose oncne of my characters and enter my pic it goes black and then a litle message pops up once maple crashed saying "acces denied" |
