Yes maplestory has blocked some people and around 4 hours later ( i sent an email ) they responded with this Greeting, We apologize for the additional email response, but in order for us to assist you we will need you to reply to this email with your Nexon Passport Account name (your game account login name, NOT your character name). Please note we will be unable to investigate the issue you are experiencing without this information. Thank you. --Nexon America Billing Department SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR USERNAME... god i couldve been unblocked by now. my mistake =( THEY DO RESPOND SO MAKE SURE YOU SEND YOUR EMAIL

I wouldn't even bother sending them your username, cause you don't know if it's really them even though it ends with @nexon.net or w/e it says. I mean, who knows who the emails can go to. To be secure, I would just wait out the ban, espicially if your acc is super valuable o.o

nope Also on nexon forums the moderator asks you to email this specific email or submit a ticket. I personally done both and still no replies.

WAIT ONE MINUTE! Are you guys saying that the e-mail is billingpp@nexon.net ? Because if it is, I FAILED BIG TIME. A while ago I was banned and my account was blocked, it was my marauder who was also my first 3rd jobber. WELL, I've sent them tons of e-mails but I sent it to billinpp@nexon.net...It 's been over 2 years and I still check from time to time..

=.= guys. They're not asking for your info + pass AND pic. Its just your login name. What can someone do with only 1/3 of the required information to hack you. If it gives you a chance to get your account back why not take it instead of flaming the man. Hes just trying to help you out, so that you don't do the same mistake as him.

Does nexon accept GMAIL emails? I put in a email change and i chose my GMAIL to be the replacement and i think maybe thats why its been forever and no response?

(Sorry if this was answered already, I just couldn't find the energy to read all 5 pages). That email is an actual Nexon email, but as many of you know, any email can be faked. There are numerous programs that will allow you to send an fake email (like sending one from @nexon.net , and making it appear as if its real. I personally wouldn't worry about sending just your Username, though if they ask for a password, thats a tad.. iffy. (opinion) All information about accounts, characters, etc is stored -somewhere- on a database, in which Nexon can access. If they just asked for your username, then they could look up your information, though the reason I say passwords are sorta.. off. Is because they (staff) actually cannot see, nor do they know our passwords, due to every single password being encryped the second your account was made. OT: You can trust any email from @nexon.ner regardless if you think its fake. Your only in trouble if someone faked it, and they actually have access to the real email.
