Medal Slot Misleading

I remember when Nexon announced something about medals not having to be mixed in along something else anymore and have their own "slots", I thought they meant the equippable medals...but instead they just meant the medals won't be in the traditional Quest Log anymore and have their own stupid Medal Log. Who cares? It's annoying that the one thing preventing me from doing Medal quests is the fact that when you get the medal, you don't even have a special place to put it...it goes straight to your Equip slots which also gets filled up with items thanks to the new drop rate and I need those items to sell for pot money. Now I'm forced to choose the good medals, which I have, but I just thought it made SO MUCH SENSE to have them separated. Maybe I've noticed it more since I've been playing Dragon Saga more recently, the NA version of Dragonica which THQ Ice abandoned and is now picked up by Gravity ^_^, and their medal system is awesome. First of all, Dragon Saga has so much more medals, more varieties of obtaining them, and they give much better boosts! I still love MS and I really only play DS when MS is unavailable but the difference is quite significant. It's actually FUN and BENEFICIAL to hunt for medals in Dragon Saga.

I wish they were separate too. I already finished the "quests" for most of the medals, but I never talk to the medal guy. It bugs me.

On my mage it got to the point where I had 24 medals.... and 3 untradeable items... and one slot left. Also that old man that gives you medal was giving me 6 more medals. T_T Forced drop all my medals. They should have the medal log a new feature that lets you wear that medal if completed and remove all medals being an item. Since no medal is tradeable anyways. on my pirate i only have 4 medal (1 medal is dropped) EmsFinland No medal is useless, they all symbolized an accomplishment

Well you have two options. Either drop the crappy medals or buy equip slots...Yea I know.. -_-

And true, you can just get rid of the useless ones but some people, like me, believe medals are for keeping and collecting. As someone just mentioned it's not even classified as an Equip item to be honest because you can never trade them. It's not like you can use SoK to exchange them since there would be no point in completing them if you can just buy them. The purpose if for individual accomplishment and it shouldn't be treated like any other equip. I know it's unfair and irrelevant to compare MS with other games that do it right but it really does just make them seem stupidly greedy.
