Fixed And that package can only be bought on an account that has NEVER used the CS before. And you cannot buy it using Maple Points from compensation or NX from surveys because Nexon wants you to "invest" some money into the account (whether through prepaid/paypal) before you can buy it.

Fixed . That package is available to anyone who has never purchased anything else in the CS. I'm not sure if you can use credit, but I know 100% sure that it works with prepaid. Maple points are typically what you get for refunds/compensation when they screw up/cash back events/etc. The entire point of offering such a great package at such a large discount would be to get you to buy NX with real money. Otherwise, people could make multiple mule accounts, and buy that package whenever there's free Maple points given out.
