I heard after Big Bang, that a Level120 Cygnus Knight would give 24W.ATK as Blessing of the Fairy to another character on your account, instead of 12W.ATK. Lets say I have a level119, and then Big Bang patch is happening, then I level it AFTER the big bang patch, would it still be 24w.atk?

It stacks, Blessing of Fairy and Blessing of Cygnus. So in total you would get 24 attack from Blessing of Cygnus and 12 attack from Blessing fairy to get a 36 attack bonus.

It's not Blessing of the Fairy, it's Blessing of the Empress (or Empress' Blessing according to Spadow's blog) Also, it isn't part of the Big Bang patch, it's part of the Lionheart Castle's patch. And yes, it doesn't matter if you lvl'd your Cygnus before or after the patch, you'll still get the BoE, and it does NOT stack with BoF btw. (Source: Spadow's blog)

Wow, can't wait. I lost motivation for my BoF/BoE, whatever you call it, because I didn't think my Blaze Wizard was worth an extra 12ATK since I got lazy at level87. I guess I got my motivation back
