Maple just will not open

OK so I have tried to open it from the website and I have tried opening it with the short cut but nothing happens. It lets me login on the website and i press start game and it asks for my permision to start so i click yes and then i wait for ms to open and nothing happens and when i use short agin it asks for perimsion but the screen that says play game doest show up. should i just download maple again?

I don't know if this is your problem but go to TaskManager and see if MS is still running. If it is, cancel it and try again. That works for me, if that's your problem

Same here =( I'm assuming maple doesn't work for people with Vista

I got the EXACT problem. I'm reinstalling as we speak.

I'm still tremendously upset how Maple runs better on my 5 year old desktop than my 3 month old $900 laptop

Guys. Open task manager and quit MapleStory in the processes. If it's not there or running, just restart your computer. Both of these ways solved the problem for me.
