I cubed my rex earrings with 40k nx and they reset the stats back to rare and didn't give me my nx back after the rb. Did anyone else lose nx/items?

submit a ticket. You can say what you want about Nexon but they usually refund lost NX.

My friend lost over 100k NX... I believe that Nexon hasn't given back the Prepaid NX spent yet.. (My friend bought $150k NX with her credit card which hasn't been given back, but the 10k NX card she bought, which is Prepaid, got given back)

Once you buy NX it loses all real world value.
