ive recently saw a video on youtube of an Aran training at Neo city, im already excited about making an Aran, but im excited about 3 new Big Bang characters, also i would like to start again in windia( i got a Chief Bandit lvl 81 in windia) but i got just like 2 mill mesos there. Wich class is better to start of in windia? P.s. i always make statless chars :p

2 Million cannot support a stat-less character. Your better off making a regular *insert job name here* and getting money from that character rather than being stat-less with low funding and with out a chance

ok, this is what i think i should do, ill transfer my mage from kradia to windia, merchant both servers( can open 2 diff acc 1 pc) and continue training my fire mage till i buy equips and stuff to carry to windia for new chars. what do you think guys? i just want to see more ppl around (kradia its too desert for me)

Just make it... People have to realize it's not dex arans/warriors need(besides arcglaive but lolpotentials)It is accuracy they need. Besides accuracy gears are fairly cheap. Go stat-less, you won't regret it.
