I am currently a level 93 chief bandit and i was wondering... what inspired you to become a shadower i mean i love the look of the skills and all the variation but what helped you get there? anything in particular? And also is there any alternative to typhoons or do i just need some awesome music and grind my ass off there :O Thanks to all who post

First off, Hey Guildie<3 :D Second, I have always loved the bandit class. What really got me into the class was Savage Blow and Assaulter. I think now my motivation is being somewhat close to level 120. Coming back from a pretty long hiatus, I'm refreshed and ready for the grind to 120. I think if you really want to find motivation, you should evaluate why you leveled your chief bandit to level 93 in the first place, not what other people tell you. :P With that said, hope you find your motivation and get to 120.

Gallos, Himes even Gobies if u are boring, Bandits can train anywhere if u have money for MG... I played every class in maplestory and only a bandit seems fun to me, is my favorite class, hard to play? maybe; but that's the funny part... I could reach lvl 120 cuz I trained 1 or 2 hours at day, non everyday, it's possible u only need to want it... sry for my bad english XD

I enjoyed playing my cb but it got hacked two years ago. So after coming back two years later and making two other fourth jobs, I created to recreate my bandit/shadower. You can do himes or gallos using bot. I think himes is good exp. I started himes at around lvl 100.

ring mule + 2x event + 2x card + hs + 2x db = something like 14x exp training on 14x exp with a preist and aran and gallos was the best exp ever and then on 8x from 120-144

I trained at typhons 81-98 which took me about 2 or 3 training sessions of 4x then I moved to gallos 98-117 (110-120) where my 'hell levels' gosh, so slow when you got a db leveling 2x times as fast Dx -sigh- Skeles 118-130, gonna continue there till I can 2 hit in Oblivion 5 (: Edit: My inspiration ? The respect I got from other people for being a cb while everyone was making dbs (: when I got to 120 I got so many gratz from strangers <33 even today (when i'm 130) I still get gratz ^-^

try listening to some hardstyle at hard.fm or some two steps from hell, great training music for me lol. my motivation for my shadower is just because i like them, theres nothing to it i just like the dit class and wanna stick with it and get to 200. Gallos Himes with a priest Nightshadows idk about ulu city and your lvl but might be worth a shot just trying it out

I played a bandit because I liked it (SB is amazing when you've been using Fire Arrow for 40 levels), then kept going with it because all the shadowers I knew kept telling me to stop.

Well it all started a few odd years into the past. I made a hermit and one day i came to a voodoo map and saw some CB training there. I was in awe, I couldnt stop watching him train, it was so awesome. so I realised being a bandit was the road for me. Other motivations was watching deadwind123 on youtube and wanting the control and to just be a shad so badly. Eventually, I got to 120 such a happy moment as I can remember(this was especially significant because lvl 120 was still hard to get to). Having that first bs fly infront of me was well worth the effort. The top shads in my server compelled me to get stronger and continue lvling. I have chosen the road less travel, and that has made all the difference ...and now here i am today...the king of shadowers. bwahahahaha broken and bruised but the will to fight has not been relinquished.

I never expected to reach 4th job. I came back this summer and got the welcome back ring. I wanted to get the explorer's ring so I bought a 2x card and went from 86-118 in a month. Trained with my Jr. who is a priest so I had holy symbol and decent rep too. I'm not really a fan of grinding, but 10x at typhons and gallos to get a critical ring isn't so bad

3 years ago I was a hermit. Back then GPQ was tough, we had a CB to bomb Ergoth. Watching my good old friend bombing Ergoth all by himself made me realize I want a bandit. I ended up making a page but then I was forced to quit the server. Then I remembered the fun it seemed back then when my CB friend bombed Ergoth and I went for a bandit. Ever since I don't regret my chosen path. Along the way what moved me up were my friends, many who don't play anymore. I leveled slowly (nearly 3 years from 1-175 lol) and I was thinking of quitting a few times back then but my friends always set me back on my path. Now, giving up doesn't even come up to my mind because I know this is the class I must finish. Back then all I had were Typhons and Himes. Now you have gellos too o; Go to all 3 places and see what suits u the best.
