What are you asking about exactly? xD Population-wise, they definitely won't ever have the large population proportion they've once had (apparently in the Thief forum, a decline in the number of active Hermits is noted). So don't expect Claws, Stars, etc. to rise up anytime soon (actually, if we follow KMS's drop changes, Stars will decline further in price!). xD Compared to Low Dex and Normal Dex, it's like potential gear - funds is the factor. xD

The most common build up is to use all Luk and ATT gear (since we only use Dex to meet requirements of Dex items). They're the primary buyers of Common Luk Overalls. xD

Doesn't the l7/TT formula change to a partially dex based one after BB?

dex wont have much a change at all on l7 and tt, lets be simple here.. how you see dexless doing a very large amount of damage then at times the damage becomes unstable and becomes less amount of damage. whereas reg dex has the stability to maintain there common range... basically how dexless and reg are now carrys into the new maplestory... just for dexless its a bigger widespread.
