Nexon does check ALL tickets

Nexon does check every ticket, they just only reply to the important ones deemed important, so if you don't get yours replied that meant it was not deemed important, or someone with the same problem already posted the same thing, and are working on the problem oh and btw stop saying nexon doesn't check my tickets cause they do thank and have a nice day. =)

ive had a ticket open since april about closing my account it hasn't been read and i only get automated emails saying your tickets been recieve but no one has ahd a chance to look at it...
