Decent HB, Decent Haste

So I'm trying to get HB and Haste on my equips I have the nx mts and real money but I dont know what should I cube. Is it lvl 120 equips with and can it be a overall or a hat? Or can it only be Pants and Shirt or whatever I just need to know the requirements to get these skills thank you for the help.

hb is pants 70+ and haste is shoes 70+

HB = Pants Haste=Shoe Hat= Mystic Door Glove = SE Ususally to get these are high level eqiups (70+)

I'm pretty sure SE Gloves have to be lv120.
