Gifting Permanent NX Items

Is it possible to gift permanent NX equips? I keep getting this error code 0 (What does it mean?) after clicking Earn Free N- on my main account so i can only do the surveys on my mule accounts. Do i put something on my wishlist and gift it with my other account or something? I get that error thing on my main as well and it's very irritating.. I would like to know what it is and why it's happening as well

When you gift, try to type out the person's name, not click the gift button next to the item.

I got the error thing too but all you have to do is go in cash shop and gift people the hard way by going to the item pressing gift and etc instead of doing it from the wishlist

It's Nexons reaction to Paypal Fraud. A few years ago there was a scandal in which people could click buy ___k Nx with Paypal, then press Cancel. After doing this the transaction would be cancelled, and no charge would be added to your Paypal account. But! You would have the amount of Nx that you payed for. Because of this, anyone who has tried to buy NX with Paypal and pressed Cancel, is "hellbanned" (per say.) From using Paypal for NX or doing Surveys I know this because I sent a ticket to Nexon and they finally decided to respond to me 2-3 months later. I do not remember the name of the GM who wrote this letter to me ( I think GMDalia or something) Hopefully this clears things up

I tried sending a ticket about it and they auto-closed it >:| I've only used paypal once and it was a $50 visa card my bank gave me. I got my NX and the card went empty after I bought 50k NX, so hmm
