No himes in EMS?

They weren't in a special patch in GMS/KMS/JMS/MSEA, so I don't expect they will ever come to EMS, especially now that we got STs from pigmy.

Sadly, I don't think we'll ever get Hime, I guess that Nexon have deemed them unimportant compared with all the NEW! SHINY! stuff that seems to be in more popular demand. Even they're not useful to me now, I still keep hoping Nexon will add them because they're a really good training spot for Priests. (Yea, yea, I know I sound like a mother wanting the best for her children - I guess I kinda feel that way too!)

Black crow & himes are in ems data. I think in 1 or 2 patches they'll come.

The only things that does need to be translated for the Japan Expansion are the monsters, very few items and minimaps o.o (are there any quests?) And uhhm.. How can an big company 'forgot' to do something like this? Well, since I'm an priest on my current active account I'd like to have the Japan Expansion, for the himes and for the drops that the monsters there drop, I'll be hunting BWG's from the cloud foxes exchange quest when they'll come out
