I got a popup GM Notice thing

And I picked the Vicious Hammer. I relogged and I got a notice, and I ignored it and went to the CS. The hammer wasn't in the Cash Shop. The notice wont come back. What should I do?

No, you have to get it within 3 days. Its just a typo.

It says you have to wait 3 days, but you don't. Usually it takes like an hour or less.

I usually just relogin, wait for the note to come and then go to cash shop and *done*

No it usually takes around 3~5 minutes for the gift to appear. just go in the cash shop again.

It should be instant and you should maybe let your CS load if you didn't? Sometimes my CS takes a while to load...

You're supposed to wait for the note. It should be the green pop-up note, like the one you get from gifting someone. That's the cue for when you go in the cash shop.
