recommend anime for me

I made a thread like this before, but only ended up liking about 2 of the animes suggested. So first off here's the anime I've either watched fully or am fully caught up (so anime I like basically). Best anime Ever Ever: Naruto Shippuden Best anime Ever: Naruto One Piece Best anime: Dragon Ball Z Bleach Dragon Ball Amazing Anime: Claymore Avatar Great Anime: Death Note Soul Eater The Getbackers Wolf's Rain History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi Good anime: Dragon Ball GT Tenjou Tenge Gurran Laggan RAINBOW High School of the Dead Full Metal Panic Fumoffu Hunter X Hunter Elfen Lied Good enough anime: Vampire Knight The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Angel Beats Lucky Star I'd rather anime in the "Great" category or better. So instead of suggesting 10 different animes, maybe just one or two favorites or animes similar to the ones I really like. I always forget the ones I tried for a few episodes and didn't like, so if ppl list those, I'll put them into a category of their own. Animes I tried but got bored: Code Geass (watched 4 episodes) Shakugan No Shana (watched 26 episodes) Higurashi No Koro Ni (watched 12 episodes) Hitman Reborn (watched 9 episodes) Inuyasha (watched 62 episodes) Full Metal Alchemist (watched 9 episodes) D. Gray Man (watched 4 episodes) Hajime No Ippo (watched 2 episodes)

If Avatar is anime, then what's Doraemon and Shin Chan? Cartoon? I just suggested two great animes. Try watching them in subbed version, especially Shin Chan. The dubbed version is horrible. Not like horrible as in Bleach or FMA dubbed, but with unnecessary curse language that never existed in the actual anime.

School Rumble Romantic Comedy that while have you constantly ROFL'ing. The story is simple but so interesting and it keeps you wanting to see more. Oh and take Naruto off that list lol, you wont regret it.

I must admit that, bleach and naruto had a good plot at the start but they just started going downhill and now they're just basically fillers after fillers. OT: I'd recommend you finish Code Geass, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni + Kai and Zero no Tsukaima was pretty good.

For example you said "everything else better", that's just your opinion, in my opinion Naruto is much better than others. I can understand you saying this if I didn't try other but I've watched many animes and simply enough I like Naruto the best. I agree w/ you on Bleach. After the fight w/ Ichigo and Byakuya it went downhill, the current manga especially seems to be going nowhere. I'd have to disagree w/ you strongly on Naruto though. Ep. 1 straight through 134 had maybe 3 filler episodes. It's true that after that there was about a year and a half of fillers, but you don't need to watch that. Once it got into Naruto Shippuuden it got increasingly better. The fight w/ Pain was amazing and no anime/Manga atm gives me more pleasue to watch/read than Naruto. Also I find it hard to want to try anime ppl recommend when they tell me what I watch sucks... blah blah blah... mainstream... blah blah blah. If they think what I like sucks it's likely we have different tastes so there is no need for me to try their suggestions.

Hitman Reborn is slow in the beginning but it gets wayyy better
