u get them from 3 quests just do all ul find it sooner or later the right quest

I would ASSUME that since they are under the use catagory, they would have no level limit, but I may be wrong.

Zendarus said: "will you just check hidden street? geez" If you had read the full post, hidden street is down. I only remember 2 quests, one lvl 36, one lvl 40. And one of them required 20 cheap batteries, 20 robot hearts, and 30 cogs.

.... You can do the quests at lvl 30. After helping that nemi person or something. Manager karl gives you a quest to take pics of rolypoly. After that quest you can talk to roly poly 6 to do another quest to get you a bag and like roly poly 8 or 9 not sure. there is another quest but im not sure if its lvl 30 becuase i did all mine at lvl 42
