Dual Blade Post BIG BANG!

Guys, as I've seen from KMS, people are hitting over 100k avg by lv 120-130. The mechanic has gatling gun, the battle mage is basically a dual blade, and even hero's are starting to get WAY stronger b/c of their new 4th job skill and getting brandish earlier on. It seems that all classes are going to be growing but one thing I'm not clear on is Dual Blades. Will dual blades have higher damage? Or will they stay the same? B/c the Big Bang guide on the basil front page gives me the illusion of Dual blades not changing whatsoever.

[/quote] source? and they're probably all funded so your first point is kinda bad. all classes get buffed in ways (final blow is nerfed but bloody storm and FA is buffed) open up the class skills for Dual blades and compare with the big bang guide

Well, first i think the damage formula changes so all classes get stronger. Also, db's in there later levels get buffed. As the above poster said bloody storm and fa get buffed. DB were always overpowered though so there wasn't much balancing there.

Even I have to agree that Triple stab was majorly overpowered for a level 20 skill. The storms needed a buff though. They're pretty weak

Random observation: The change to PDRate helps DBs in some ways. Previously, you hit a monster 16 times in one attack (or whatever), you lost maybe 300 damage per hit to weapon defense. 300 * 16 = 4800. Now, if a monster has a PDRate of 10, your damage per hit is reduced by 10%, which means your total damage is reduced by 10% no matter how many hits you make.
