Why do people microwave cup noodles?

I was making myself some noodles (not cup noodles) when it hit me that people microwave cup noodles all the time. Why? o________o

C: [/quote] No. Its not if you microwave it or pour hot water. The noodles themselves are covered in wax. The wax is there so the noodles will be able to not stick together. It is also there for packaging structure reasons. Have you ever noticed almost all instant noodles they come in a circle or square all clumped together? Thats the wax. I have actually tested if there was wax in instant noodles. I got 3 different brands, poured hot water into them then I got a strainer, poured the noodles into it, rinsed the noodles with water, removed the noodles. And at the bottom of my sink, you can see white clumps and bits. That is the wax from the noodles.

Im trying to live longer. When I die i wanna know that I tried my best at living and that I didnt die from eating foods I could have lived on without.

Microwaving is bad cuz it kills some of the things in the food. So it eliminates some of the minerals, things in the food. So I'd just boil hot water and pour since microwave isn't as good.
