Hair Quest = Scam?

I just had an idea that is probably false. I think the new quest is meant to mess up most people's hair so they'll have to buy more NX. Isn't it odd that at the same time Prepaid cash cards come out? I know I'm mostlikely wrong, but it's just a thought. Flame shield on. Chuck Norris is overrated.
