I just want to thanks the Bowmen/Xbowmen Community on maple, because through the years, I'd like to say that you (we, lol) have stayed the most humble and well respected classes. Even with the Bowman bandwagon that started with 4th job, Those people were slowly picked away because they either got bored or found it too difficult. The Bowmen community is probably the nicest (of course with exceptions) in my opinion. Not the strongest Not the Flashiest Not the most wanted (besides SE) Still the best (in my opinion)

It comes down to play what suits you, but it's still the best in my opinion as well. Having the best damage isn't always what makes the game fun you know? Bowman (mostly crossbowmans) were pretty close knit with each other before 3rd job came out. I started playing it because of it's uniqueness, rarity, and it's a cheap class back then. People that chose rare classes like this might share the same views along those lines, so close communities would be bound to happen. Having stuck with it throughout the years, and it's been pretty rewarding in my opinion. My BL is full of old school archers.

I was kind of implying the people who play as bowmen. But hey, its cool, this is just my opinion, if you start a flame war over it then, lol, suit yourself. There was no flamewar intended when posting this. Thats why i didnt post it in general and posted it in a class specific section.

you tell em. i tried to play other jobs, but bowman is the only one that's any fun. i hate sins, especially nls, thinking they're cool, nothing cool about them. db isn't cool either, just another warrior with higher avoid. only jobs that can really have any say are the original 4 (bowman "bm and mm", thief "shadower and nl", warrior "paladin, dark knight and hero", mage "bish, AM I/L and AM F/P". pirate, knights, aran, evan and now db only made the game worse. too many noobs thinking they're hot just cause they have some cool crap. they're not cool. hurricane FTW!

[/quote] If you want to be really picky, it was actually only the original 3 Thieves were added after Archer/Mage/Warrior
