Level 70 Max Upper or Flying Assaulter

As you know, there are two guides on basil about dual blades, which contradict each other in a number of ways. One thing I'm concerned about is how to allocate my saved SP on reaching level 70 and Job Advancing. I'm not too sure as to were I'll be training either, but based on other posts and many videos, I've come to a conclusion that max Bloody Storm and decent level Mirror Image is a must. However, is it better to max FA or to max US? With Max FA you can do the FABS combination, but with max US you can instantly start training at mobs that don't necessarily need to be mobbed up (or are not on a flat map, like Typhons). Opinions? (Of course, having both maxed is required, but I'm not sure which to go with first, immediately at 70.) If you would choose neither, please give an explanation.

Flying assaulter because of the i-frames it gives. Anyways, spamming upper stab is boring! :D

I agree with you. FA is uber fun, but I want to level up faster, even if it means its going to be boring :P I suppose I could try heading to gallos early if I have max FA... Then again those are level 90 monsters. lol

LOL if your gonna use US, use it with FATSUS combo especially at gallos. I've noticed the huge difference in exp when switching from FABS to FATSUS

ghostme better exp with FATSUS or worse? o_O I only have level 1 TS so I wouldnt know the damage difference between BS and TS

Well thinking more about it FA is more mobility, US is more damage. I guess FA is better unless I'm fighting something stationary (probably wont be during 7x). :P -casts vote-

Flying assaulter and bloody storm first. After that, 11 Mirror Image -> Upper stab -> Tornado spin. Tornado spin is so..sooo good when maxed and you can chain it with flying assaulter. It's not even fair how good it gets :D /Opinion.

I saved up so much sp, that I maxed fa, bs, and mi all at once. I maxed us later. I find that fa is the best for gathering up those huge mobs, kinda like an amped up rush. Upper stab first just doesn't really make sense to me. I never trained at typhoons on my db. Wrs at 50, kents at 70, gallos at 80, skeles at 100.

Well, If you have the TS book go Max FA Max TS and Leave BS in the Dust fornow. I regret maxing BS as I find the training slow since I don't mind constant pot burn.

Fatsus isnt meant for dmg per say. It is more for gaining the most exp you can get. Thus is the reason why dual blades go that route in the end. You be training at skeles and O4 which the mobs are farther apart there. You will need to mob them together so you are able to kill the most of them at a decent rate. That is why you do fatsus combo bc with that combo you can kill many of them extremely fast even if your not that funded. FABS and FABSUS is only used early stages where you cant take too much of a pot burn but if your funded you can just skip that route and go straight to fatsus build.
