it seems like the majority of people go crazy about ppl that even used to hack, at least twice ive had people just go crazy on me cuz i hacked for all of 5 levels - the first was going off about how they would make sure i never got an HTP (this was way back when CHTPs didnt exist), the 2nd a guy off here got me mass defamed - im sure most of the characters that defamed me were him but a few might have been clueless bystanders and his friends - they kept coming to my shop saying that i hacked to get my 1st unwelcome guest equips and calling me a hacker enough for it to be harassment (i dont know if he knew i used to hack because its highly likely that just like the person before me he didnt know nothing and was having fun harassing me - and was mad in my case that i wouldnt sell him an item) heck i dont even care if ppl currently hack - if they arent out to use hacks with the main point of ruining it for others i could not possibly care less.

I just hate when hackers/previous hackers call themselves legit and are in the "legit guilds" even though almost everyone knows they have hacked *cough iightoutside of bellocan cough

Go to gryphons and you'll see piles of loot everywhere. Although i don't think legits train there anymore, do they?

Well i dont really mind if people uses hack, they're the one getting banned, not me. =) But i do care when they start using hacks on me, against me, or any other way that can affect my gameplay.

I use to hack when No Delay came out, I quit it big whoop, if people judge me on it then go ahead. I don't have problems with anybody who use to hack like a long time ago but if people do it nowadays it ruins other peoples fun

I only hack during jump quests (I don't do events) because they require no skills whatsoever. Let me put it this way, when I get mad at a stupid quest then I will most likely log off, if I not online then Nexon get less cash from me...Until they make a CS item that let you fly or skip jump quests then I will hack my way to the top. I pretty sure everyone can agree jump quests sucks and was overdone and quests in general give less exp then grinding...I will never be the type of hacker that get to lv200 in a week so I not hurting anyone. In short: It depends on the hack. The donation box meso hack cause a roll back...Which was unfair to other players. Using a Vac hack is unfair for those who may want to use that map. PyPQ bots is unfair for those who sit there for 20-30 mins spamming attacks. If you use a vac in a map that no one go to and stay online (sitting in front of the computer) then I will be fine with that personally even though I would never join a guild with a person who willing to hack. With guilds, I use a no ask, no tell rule. As far as I can tell, you are some kid who love to grind.

actually i use a pypq bot for auto hp/mp. i can't actually use it for pypq botting because i havent patched the mob.wz files of ms so even if i tried to bot pypq, i would simply lose on the second round from hitting yetis, call me a hacker if u want, but im sorry, im not paying 6 bucks for something trivial like auto hp/mp.

[/quote] I completely agree. I'm all for hacks/bots that stick it to Nexon in any way. I.e., means they get less money for something others pay for. I, too, used a pypq bot for the auto hp/mp.

I hacked a lot in v.3x and v.4x. I PG hacked too. But that was forever ago. Lots of old school players hacked.

I have yet to meet a hacker that I could call a friend. Actually I have never met a hacker that wasn't by d/c hacking. o.o (kradia ftw lol) I have never hacked and never will but yea I don't know anyone with a hacking past lol. and if I find one...I probably wouldn't mind because hackers don't really affect anyone else usually (training hackers). All that bs about Nexon suing is stupid because how much damage is a hacker really doing? (not Ecko or w/e status but normal guy status) they don't really affect me so idc. I'd think that hacking makes the game less fun which is why I don't do it. Only hackers I despise are d/c hackers. short: I dont hack (never did), I don't really mind hackers as long as they don't affect me, I hate d/c hackers.
