1.1 bill-1.3 bill I'm looking for more of a % then atk, but atk will change prices obviously, also I'm in bera.

If you are looking for instant gratification, the best belt you can buy IS something like a 5-10 atk Immortal Pharaoh's or Purple Witch Belt. However, if you are patient, I would suggest waiting for a nice potentialed 3rd, 4th, and last unwelcome Belt.
