whats the best immortal or witch belt I can buy with 1.1-1.3 bill? please reply ( I'm looking for atk belts with % dex on them if that helps :D)

Maybe around 4-6 attack with 9-12% dex if you search for a while. I would advise converting Mesos>NX VIA MTS and cubing since you can earn your money back with 90% pots.

[/quote] i cant tell if you are telling him to potential a 4-7 atk or telling him to buy via MTS but potential / enhanced items are non-mtsable

akibari that sentence makes no sense. o_O and if he wanted to strictly follow the rules, his posts are spam because they have nothing to do with the topic at hand and he's supposed to just report you, not tell you what you did wrong. OT: I don't know the exact prices but in bello there's a 9atk immortals belt, epic, 2lines 6% STR 3% HP for 1.2bil. I would probably add like 500m onto the price though since you're in Bera.
