To me, it's worth less than if it had zero slots left. That last chaos could mess you over. Unless you 60 it with like cape dex :D

I has the potential to be increased up to 5 more att, and if hammered twice, it has the potential to be increased two more times. Basically has 3 slots left if you think about it that way and whether the person makes use of them and tries their luck at making this item better, is totally up to them. And 2 dex is pointless to have on an 11 att pac.

Max meso. And some items. If you get to like hammering and raise the atk with 60%'s, I'd say max meso times TWO. And then cubing it to godly would make it priceless.
