| Just copy it into the flashdrive or use the old fashion download and select your flash drive to put it right on |

| Hmm... from what i remember, you're supposed to drag and drop your "maplestory" folder into your flash drive. The folder can be found in: C://nexon/maplestory o.0 or I think that's how you do it.... plz try? :D |

| What I did was you can either when you download maplestory...go to Install to "D:Removable Storage(or whatever it is) then let it install or... You can take the nexon folder from your downloaded maplestory Copy it and paste it into a new folder on your thumb drive. It might take a while but the copy/paste is definetly quicker... You need at least 4GB thumbdrive .. .(just so you know) |

| ou can copy or drag the folder to ur usb(flash drive). be warned that it could take a while (45min to 3hours depending on speed of computer) and that it takes ove 2gb of memory (that shouldnt be a problem) |
If you placed it on the flash drive at lets say v91, and you open your flash drive at v100, you will have to update it normally. |
It makes the loading slightly slower, but from my experiences, I had no lag even off of a crappy school computer. Also be warned that if you're maplestory version gets too far behind, the update will not work and you will have to reinstall it. |

| Actually, you can only be at most 3 patches apart. So if you're a v91 and you haven't played until v1.031.02, you'll have to redownload the game. Also, you have to install onto the flash drive. You can't copy and paste it. It'll require install files. |

| copy, paste, done as for lagging, it might be slow starting up if you are using USB 1.0 and computer made after 2005 likely has USB 2.0 though |

| i did this here are the steps to do it. (still do it now) 1. download the installer and install it as if you would on your computer without the flashdrive. 2. now that its downloaded, install it 3. go into C:/Nexon/MapleStory (Open My computer, click the C file in my computer if you have vista it says Vista64 (C your nexon folder should be in there and when you click it you will see your maple folder. 4. plug in your flash drive and copy paste the MS folder onto your flashdrive. 5. After it fully copies, go into My computer again and it should say "uninstall/change programs" may be in a different location, varies with computers. 6. uninstall maple from there 7. find your MaplestoryInstaller file wherever you told it to download to because im sure you want that off. 8. delete that. 9. Go into your flash drive through my computer and find the gamelauncher/website launch file 10. Happy Mapling |
