Greetings Basilers, Thank you for your patience with the annoying white screen issue. I and a team of server technicians have been trying to figure out the cause of it for the last week and have tried a number of things. Please vote in the poll to give us a sense of whether it's still occuring or not. Please , read the poll carefully. I'm not asking if there have been problems in the last week or yesterday, I know there have. I'm asking if you have gotten a white screen within the last hour. It doesn't help to bring up the last week because we've been working on the issue since then. Thank you

Although still existent, the occurrences greatly subsided from yesterday.

It was happening a lot during the Basilversary, but now its seems to have all disappeared..

I haven't seen the problem since the Basilversary event ended. Perhaps the coding for the riddles was the issue? ^_^; Great event though, loved a lot of those riddles, particularly the one for the 4th. :D

It's weird how everything is fine when I use the University PCs, but at home I keep getting the white screen ALOT.

It seems to be more that, the more people are on, the more often the white screen appears. Earlier today when everyone was in the heat of "OMG WATS THE ANSWER TO THE RIDDLE?", I would be getting the white screen on every page load. Now, not at all. Ofc, it might have been that you fixed something in the past 4 hours.... Also, while this may be off tangent, I'm wondering if you are aware of the fact that your Charmin ad overlaps your dropdown menus. So whenever one tries to select a sub menu at the top menu bar while the Charmin ad is showing, the dropdown menu goes behind the ad, making one unable to navigate to the desired page (which is annoying since the ad plays about 40% of the time).
