Where can I train a lvl 59 Evan (No CPQ or WR)

The 2x event is over I'm at 53% what monsters give decent exp with a good spawn rate? And for those of you wondering why I don't wanna CPQ or train on WR, it's because I've never CPQ'd before and I'm too lazy to start now xD and I don't wanna train on WR because if I try to get to that place in Crimsonwood where the WR spawn rate is high, I'd die so many times to the point of reaching 0% :P

Try MP3 (Mysterious path 3), it's 7 maps to the right of Singapore. (I think) And at level 65 you could try WRs, with ice breath you won't be using to many pots.

MP3 is really your only option. Getting to Lower Ascent isnt hard at all, so I highly suggest you go there at level 64, since the EXP is better plus MP3 is just boring as hell.

you can try v/hoodoos, i went there all the way to 70 :D

MP3, IF not sleepy dungeon 4~5, FOG, the spawn's nice, but the HP:EXP and map lay is somethinoutg to sneeze at, though you can get to the top agn by going into the Cash Shop and leaving. At your lv I'll also recommend Malaysia mobs oly-oly and yellow fission, they should be a few maps from Malaysia. Good 3 layer layout w/ a teleportal, decent for pting. If you got pots to burn BPQ is an option as well. At lv 64~65ish, you really have to get to WRs. Red kents are also an option if your control is good and you got nice funding. Twisted Jesters also a good substitute as well. BPQ still relevant.

Those are pretty much your only options, but I guess MP3 will suffice for now.

IDK really, but get another few levels and try GSPQ which is basically your other option apart from WRs CPQ and MP3. @ 300k approx a win, it isn't bad exp but be warned of pot burn.

Instead of mp3 you can try Ghost Ship 3. I train there and since no one goes there you shouldn't have any problems. The spawn is ok and the exp is good.
