Just a random question asking what do you people (majority of mature players of MS) define as a "noob"? Is it funding? Level? Way they act? What?

For me, it's the way they act. If they know nothing about what they're talking, insist that everyone else is wrong, and have a bad attitude, then they're a noob. If they're a new player, I just think of them as a newbie.

newb : a unexperienced player who is new to the game . noob : immature bratty kids who think they have everything and try and prove it by being jerks .

A noob is some one who is bad at the game, no matter what their level is. A newb is some one who is new to the game and that is why they know nothing about it. Hence "NEW" in "NEWb".

Anyone that would actually use the term 'noob'. Part of maturity is understanding that looking down on someone is absolutely pointless. There's always someone with more money, a better job, a nicer car, better health, etc... I find it ironic anytime I see someone call someone else a 'noob', as they are basically declaring their own failed maturity and sense of priorities.

I think being a noob depends on your maturity, and a newb would be some one new to the game.
