3 Times a Day, Fail?

So, I did the PQ twice yesterday, once with a friend, and once without. Then, today, I decided to do it again (just once, around noon). I figured I'd have to wait 24 hours before my first time doing it (which was yesterday, around 4), but now when I get on (around 5) I learned that I "Can only do the party quest 3 times a day." Do I have to wait until tomorrow @ noon? I only need 10 more dolls, and I'm going to be angry if I have to wait, because I won't be on tomorrow. >.< EDIT: weird spacing o.O

Yeah it's 24 hours on your last pq. Not the first. If you do it only say 2 times that day then after 24 hours from your 2nd pq, the counter will reset and you can do the pq up to 3 times again.

I'm going to assume this is the olivia PQ cause i saw the word dolls. But yes, if you need to wait 24 hours its 24 hours from the last time you PQ'd
