OK i figurred out wats wrong with hack shield update. ALL I had to do was disable my internet security. NOTE: IM using kaspersky internet security and anti virus. IDK if it will work for other internet security programs. Im currently talking to -HIME- on the Nexon Forum I will add more when I get more Info on this problem.

I was going to try that, but I never did. So I uninstalled, now I cannot reinstall so i'm a bit stuffed. I will try get an install on a seperate machine to test your hypothesis. I am using Kaspersky IS 2011, legit version. CONFIRMED; ANYONE WITH KASPERSKY IS 2011 DISABLE ALL PROTECTION!

Jellyous disable any antivirus u have then see if it works if it doesnt i have no idea what to do.

What error code did you get?

I dont get an error code. Hackshield loads then disappears and nothing happens. Task manager says ms is running and i end it but still doesnt work.

Unzip means decompress (im pritty sure) because the file has been conmpressed
