So a friend of mine just received the 7-day Cruel ring ticket. Clicked it. Poof. Nothing happened. GG nexon.

So first you have to get it from gachapon, then get the book which is 7 days, after you click it you get nothing..?

[/quote] 7 days is perfectly fair, considering many of us had to jump through stupid rollbacks and redo the event to obtain the perma version. edit: getting nothing from the coupon is a bit messed up, log a ticket. They generally don't ignore ones regarding cash shop items/prizes.

It's unfair because nowhere on the website did they say that they expire.

Keep in mind that item SS's on the website are rarely correct in the first day or two of an event. And what exactly is unfair about hard work?

And what is so unfair about getting what you paid for (what was advertised)?

BanditHelper Because nexon led us to believe that these were permanent. I was able to get a ring once but I lost it during the first big rollback. I went on vacation for the next week so I could not get it again. Seems a bit unfair that nexon would give us a chance to get rings, but over look a tiny little detail that they expire? Also, shouldn't it be nexon's responsibility to provide us with accurate information before we go spending our money? My point: If I sold you a broken car, but used the excuse "Well, I never said it worked," how would you feel about it? It's essentially the same thing.
