They're adding Ulu City sometime early November. New place, monsters, quests and such. That's really it.

It's a town that is part of Singapore. It's around the same level as Leafre and has decent maps to train at.

It's an area, an expansion of the Singapore area, that is a good alt to skeles for higher levels and contains a tree boss that drops skill books and level 100 weapons. Thaaats about it. Also, it comes after the Halloween event.

Ulu is the portal right next to truckers. When you enter, there should be a portal in one of the snipe spots.

@ above, no. depends on what are your funds. ULU city is just a new city to train at. if you wanna know what kind of monsters check youtube.
