Ultimates should not have Cooldown

Ultimates like Meter/Blizzard/Genesis should not have cooldown! Why you ask? The new KSing class is not Bishops or Archmages but OP Dual Bladers which are really annoying to handle when you don't have a more powerful DB or Bishop/Archmage. Anyone agree?

AMs/Bishops still should keep their cooldown, just give the Dual Bladers one for Sudden Raid as well.

I agree but disagree I am too is a Arch Mage, but instead of 30seconds they should change it into 15seconds 30seconds seems kinda long. I agree that they shouldn't, but they are a majority of ksing mages so this is why Nexon made a cool down system for Mages. IMO that is

lol the mages do need cooldown on their ultimates, but honestly, something like dragon roar sucks, and it stlil has cooldown, when the stun coulda sufficed... nexon needs to add cooldown to every aoe then if thats the rate theyr going at...
