| Okay, so I was on IE at the Maple Rankings, then I exited the IE window. Then one of my programs had an update available,so I clicked ok. Then it said something along the lines of "cannot connect". Then I went to go on Maple. Maple also couldn't connect. I saw the internet connection icon on the bottom right of my desktop. I hovered my mouse over it and it said "limited or no connectivity". I went to my old computer which is connect to the same Internet Box, and the Internet worked. So now I'm very confused. Btw, I tried renewing my IP address as it was recommended by the computer, but it couldn't finish. Please help. |

| Make sure that all the plugs are plugged into your computer and all plugs are properly plugged into other devices like your modem or Router. The Ethernet or USB cable to the modem is probably unplugged. |

| Left click on your Wireless Network Connection, then click "view wireless connections", Click the refresh buttom and click on the wireless network. Or check your Lan and make sure its compatible with your wireless network, my lan is 2.4GHz compatible with my wireless network ,linksys. |
