Ok so today I lvled to 75 and maxed BS I now have max BS and FA and people were telling me that if I maxed them both then BS would go automatic after FA but it's not working am I missing something here?

It's not automatic. Before you max them both bloody storm has a delay after fa but when maxed there shouldn't be a delay..iic
