How healthy would you say you are?

I'm quite average, I eat at fast food places only once or twice a month. I do eat vegetables, and quite some protiens, but sometimes I eat junk. I exercise, but I don't really have a regimen and do it randomly sometimes.

I run cross country and track i eat fast foods once every other month (most of the times) i only drink soda during parties and i eat my vegetables so yeah i'm healthy

extremely unheatlhy but i'm not talking about physical fitness- i mean i have an extremely suppressed immune system and i am sick 99% of the time. i'm not in very good shape but i'm in better shape than quite a few people i know. i don't eat well at all, i only eat around 500 calories a day
