Name ALL the Maplestory class stereotypes

Hey guys! So I was CPQing the other day doing trade wins, and I found that there was a certain common class that was consistently much more likely to scam and/or be rude and disrespectful (not naming anyone...). Anyways, it made me remember that stereotypes are oftentimes based on true facts, even if they don't necessarily apply to the entire group being stereotyped. I'm interested in hearing all the class stereotypes, good and bad, that ya'll have heard or experienced, so name them! :] I'll start it off - I've heard from other players that archers tend to be the "nicest" since archers have "crappy" damage and skills, so the people playing as archers often aren't obsessed with improving their players at the cost of others and making Maplestory more of a cutthroat competition.

I'm so sad that the general perception of clerics/priests/bishops is so negative. Don't get me wrong ; bishops are notorious when it comes to KSing and I don't deny it. It's just ironic how I became a cleric to aid people and it turns out we're one of the hated classes. xD Ah well, I hope it'll be reduced a bit with the ultimate cooldown.

[/quote] Go ask those clerics and bishops who always kept insulting me on my f/p arch mage or i/l arch mage. they were doing 50ks on skeles and they insulted me for doing 150k+ at their same level with crappier equips at the same mob which im neutral to.

Too bad it's not evenly distributed. Like 60% of the thieves I meet are usually in a hurry and comparing stats with other thieves. The other 40% is Bandits =3=. jk But yeah it's mostly on the sins/nws and dbs. Although even though I say this, the majority of the population is the thief class so it makes sense that you meet more people within that class either nice or rude.

[/quote] Go to the f/p section of this forum and ask where to train. the slowest part is 1-45 which can be done in 6-7 hrs of 6x. 45-70 can be done in like 5 hrs of 6x. 70-80 becomes slow, somewhat like 70-80 in like 8hrs of 6x. 80-110 is a dam breeze if you go to skeles, 8hrs 6x is like 80-10x from 10x to 120 will take around 6-8hrs of 6x. Count the hours, its less than a week, w/o funds and only 2x, i got to 120 from 1-120 in around 3 weeks playing only for 4hrs, unfunded.

i definitely agree that evans stick together, i had my group of evan friends and we literally did quests together all the time, stayed at the same level so we wouldnt be ahead of the others, and didnt let other classes join our party. also, a priest once gave my noob account a red whip on the train to nlc so i was really happy. there was another guy on the train too, a noob as well, and he got whip too. so i think those people are nice. also, a lot of people get nx hoars and henehoes confused. henehoes buy nx items because they want to sit around and look cool. nx hoars are regular people, but their class equips arent the coolest looking things, so they buy nx for cool outfits to cover it. EDIT: also, a lot of sins have the reverse claw, and this just shows how power hungry they are. they have to have the best equips and everything. it kinda annoys me because ive never seen a non-thief class with a reverse weapon. killiks and claws are common, nothing else.

I bet i have more life than you, i dont even need to play maplestory on a dairy basis, i play it like 1month in 1 year and get what i want easy. If i have spare money after a month, i just save it and waste it on whatever mmorpg i play during the month i use to play online games.

Dual Blades, Night Lords, Bowmasters, Dexless Dits: Arrogant and obnoxious. Marksmen, Buccaneer (kinda), Shadower, F/P Mage, Paladin: Humble and reserved. Everyone else is pretty much all over the place.

[/quote] you never said you did it.. you said someone "could", i'd like to see proof of it btw looking at all your chars you've spent much more nx than me.. yet i still have almost every class higher lvl LOL (not playing as much as you either)

Bowmen in general are nice, however I met one who was a damage hoe, and he was not suited to his class at all (he clearly had other chars). He was a total jerk. DEX'd assassins are generally pretty lax, as well as most Dits. Illiterate Dits tend to become irate quickly however. DEXless sins are egotistical. DBs can't really be judged properly at this time, though a good percent are players who damage whore and KS like asshats. Warriors ... Pallys are normal, usually just love to have fun. Heroes are 25/75 between nice and mean. Darks don't really fit into one personality or the next, but most of the ones I met have other characters, between which they alternate. Magicians... henehoes. 90% of the ones I've met. A few are serious players though. Pirates... Buccs are chill. Corsairs are kinda reserved and quiet, unless you know them.

I think i only used around 70 usd in 5 years iv been playing. EDIT: And read my post again, I did say I TOOK 3 weeks doing it UNFUNDED.
