Clerics can hit everything, including the boss, with heal. And also recommend F/P mages, 3rd job BW and 3rd job NW because the First Officer can be poisoned/FG. (15k damage per second ftw :O)

F/P mages are extremely helpful in this pq because the monsters take lots of damage with their posion attack.

Sniper's OHKO effect (strafe on frozen monsters) does work on the monsters, I saw a 60k and I don't have an adventurer ring. I also saw a DB one hitting a monster with the adventurer ring. I haven't seen any one hits on the first officer though. D:

Also that Owl Skill that Blade lords have can OHKO the first Officer. I saw one and I was !@#!@#! EDIT: Another thing to note is that the losing team can only get 100k exp if they score 1k+ points. Which means they have to make it too room 3/4 in order to get the 100k EDIT2: Please also includes that the First Officer can summon the Pac Pinky, Slimy, and Selkie Jr. (I don't have the GSPQ names memorized.) EDIT3: Pac Pinkys cause Potion Seal, Selkies Stun, and the Paddle Ghost causes Fear of Darkness. Slimy's don't do anything. EDIT4: Boss summons 2 Anchor Ghosts when one of his HP bars is around 50-25% (dang this is a lot of edits.)

nice guide! btw, i think that the MP3 monsters of the PQ (forgot their names, the green and blue ones) actually cast that "no potions" debuff and that those pink ghosts, i think they are called pac pinkeys cast that darkness debuff. im pretty sure im right, but im not 100% sure.

[/quote] Please explain then why the Pac Pinkys cast Potion Seal on the second map then when there are no slimys. EDIT: I just remembered. There is a glitch in the 5th stage where you can occasionally use haste/flash jump/combat step/soul rush/final charge. Please do note that this is a glitch and you're not supposed to use these moves during room 5.

But.. what if i die? If you die in the PQ, you WILL lose full exp. However, you will be sent to a respawn room, where you can enter the portal in the middle and continue on with the PQ. If you die in the BOSS stage, you will NOT lose exp. You will be sent to the respawn room, and you can continue on fighting the boss. If you die during the PQ, your team will LOSE 5 POINTS. I've only ever lost exp in the 3rd stage and when i was facing the boss o.O on other stages i've died but not lost exp, and even then sometimes when i died i woulden't lose any exp...

[/quote] It may be random. I've died on Stage 1 and 5, and have lost full EXP both times. I'll be sure to add that speculation in, but Norrington does say that you may lose EXP if you die in the PQ (except for the boss).

Err can i access it via dimensinoal mirror for sure? O_o I was in nlc and tried to go in but it didnt let me go =/ It only let me choose from dojo/pypq and something else i forgot

The same thing occured to a level 70 friend of mine. When you log in you should have gotten a quest from NPC. EDIT: MAN you have a lot of characters. O.o
