Im currently a 62 Dexless Nw With A clean average zelm 10att 2str Wg 44att Bracer +3 Luk and +2 other stats Barlog Shoes 5luk and 10 dex robe +1 stats Neckalace +5 Luk Earings So im funded or anything (due to roll back ) And my att range is 689-1356 So is my Att range even average? and where should i train to level 70? I started my Nw when aran started and Im not thinking of quitting on it ill BB when i'll make a Spearman and NL :D

Go to jesters, up until you have AT LEAST lvl 25+ poison bomb. Then go to newts or CGs. Or you can use it at jesters. But make sure to max that first.

you should be over 1.5k at that level, at least thats what i had on my assasin(which isn;t even a NW)

Hunt at Grizzleys They drop holy cross earrings. Find a potential one with 2% luk, or if it takes too long, just one with +3 dex/luk and +3 dex/luk. (Depending on what you find.) I was lucky enough to get a 4% str earrings.
